This assignment differs from traditional personal assistance. You will meet several different users during a workday and often work together with a colleague in the assistance group. This creates a dynamic, developing, and social job with close collaboration in everyday life.

As a personal assistant in our team:

• you support users with personal care, training, meals, and daily tasks
• you work both together with a colleague and independently, depending on the task
• you adapt your work to different needs and contribute to security in every meeting
• you are part of a close collaboration where colleagues are always nearby

We are looking for someone who appreciates variety in everyday life, enjoys changing environments, and thrives on working closely with others. At the same time, you need to be able to take responsibility and make independent decisions when working alone, always with the user's needs in focus.

Since you travel between users, you will use a company car and therefore need to have a B driver's license.

The position is a permanent employment at 80 percent.

Qualifications

• We prefer that you have training as a personal assistant, nursing assistant, or have studied child and leisure.
• B driver's license.
• Experience in the profession is an advantage.
• We place great importance on your personal qualities.
• The position requires a criminal record extract. The extract must be for HVB homes and can be ordered via the Police's website.
